What is BSB Number?

BSB is called Bank State Branch identifier Number. BSB Number is a 6 Characters numeric code. First three characters from left are Bank Identifiers and right three characters are branch identifiers.

BSB Numbers are used by Financial Institutions to process cheques and wire transfers.
